How do I place an order?
Choose a product, click Buy Now, fill your details, pay via UPI, enter your UTR / Transaction ID, and submit. We'll deliver your product manually via WhatsApp after verification.
How do I pay?
We accept Direct UPI payments only. Use the current QR and payee details on checkout from any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm etc).
Where do I enter UTR?
After paying, copy your UTR / Transaction ID from your UPI app and paste it on the checkout page in the UTR field.
When will I receive my product?
Delivery follows manual payment verification on WhatsApp. Confirm the expected delivery time before purchase.
Is COD available?
No, Cash on Delivery is not available. We only accept UPI payments.
How do I track my order?
Visit the Track Order page and enter your Order ID (TC-YYYYMMDD-#####) or your WhatsApp number.
What if my payment is not verified?
Make sure the UTR / Transaction ID is correct. If verification fails, message us on WhatsApp with a payment screenshot.
