How do I place an order?

Choose a product, click Buy Now, fill your details, pay via UPI, enter your UTR / Transaction ID, and submit. We'll deliver your product manually via WhatsApp after verification.

How do I pay?

We accept Direct UPI payments only. Pay to UPI ID techcart@nyes from any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm etc).

Where do I enter UTR?

After paying, copy your UTR / Transaction ID from your UPI app and paste it on the checkout page in the UTR field.

When will I receive my product?

Manual delivery typically happens within 30 minutes to a few hours after payment verification, via WhatsApp.

Is COD available?

No, Cash on Delivery is not available. We only accept UPI payments.

How do I track my order?

Visit the Track Order page and enter your Order ID (TC-YYYY-NNNN) or your WhatsApp number.

What if my payment is not verified?

Make sure the UTR / Transaction ID is correct. If verification fails, message us on WhatsApp with a payment screenshot.
